Surface mount voltage detector with complementary output, featuring a 4.7V threshold voltage and 2% accuracy. This power management IC operates from 0.8V to 10V supply voltage with a low 1µA operating supply current. It provides an active low reset signal and is packaged in a halogen-free, lead-free SC-82AB package on tape and reel. Designed for simple reset and power-on reset applications, it offers a reset threshold range of 4.606V to 4.794V.
