This voltage detector IC features a 3.4V threshold voltage with 2% accuracy, offering undervoltage detection down to 3.332V and overvoltage detection up to 3.468V. Designed for surface mount applications, it operates within a supply voltage range of 800mV to 10V and consumes a nominal supply current of 1.2µA. The component provides an active low reset signal via an open-drain N-channel output. It is RoHS and Halogen Free compliant, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C, and supplied in tape and reel packaging.
