
Positive overvoltage protection circuit for lithium batteries, featuring an internal low Ron NMOS FET and status flag. Operates with a 6.4V overvoltage threshold and a 3.25V undervoltage threshold, supporting up to 28V input and supply voltages. This surface mount voltage detector is housed in a WDFN10 package, measuring 2.5x2 mm with 0.5mm pitch, and is supplied on a 3000-piece tape and reel. It offers a clamping voltage of 6.8V and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
