Features a serial interface and a single output capable of delivering up to 50mA at a maximum of 24.5V. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range and is housed in a compact, surface-mount TSOP package measuring 3mm x 1.5mm x 1mm. This RoHS and Halogen Free component offers a maximum power dissipation of 160mW and an operating temperature range of -25°C to 85°C.
