Low noise linear voltage regulator (LDO) with a fixed 2.5V output voltage and 150mA maximum output current. Features a 280mV dropout voltage, 2% accuracy, and a low quiescent current of 95µA. Operates from a 2V to 6V input voltage range and is available in a compact SC-82AB 4-lead surface mount package. Includes an active-low enable function and offers a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB.
