Features a low dropout voltage of 180mV, 2% accuracy, and a high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 70dB. Operates from a 2V to 5.5V input voltage range and is suitable for surface mount applications with a XDFN6 package, supplied on a 3000-piece tape and reel. This RoHS and Halogen Free component offers a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
