Surface mount voltage supervisor with a 2.93V reset threshold, operating from 1.2V to 5.5V. Features very low 800nA supply current and active-low reset output. This 3-pin IC monitors a single voltage, offering a 100ms reset timeout. Packaged in a compact SOT-23-3 (TO-236) for tape and reel distribution, it is halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
