
Surface mount voltage supervisor with a 2.93V reset threshold, operating from 1.2V to 5.5V. Features very low 800nA supply current and an active-low reset output with a 140ms timeout. This 3-pin integrated circuit is housed in a compact SOT-23 package, suitable for microprocessor applications. It offers a reset threshold range of 2.89V to 2.96V and a maximum operating temperature of 105°C.
