Single-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 1.4MHz gain bandwidth product and 1.6V/µs slew rate. This CMOS technology device offers a low input bias current of 10pA and an input offset voltage of 500µV. It operates with a dual supply voltage range from 450mV to 3.5V or a single supply from 900mV to 7V. The amplifier is housed in a compact SC-70 (PDSO5) surface-mount package, suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
