This CMOS device offers a low input bias current of 10pA and an input offset voltage of 500µV, with a common mode rejection ratio of 60dB. It operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 450mV to a maximum of 3.5V, or a single supply from 900mV to 7V, consuming 820µA operating supply current. Designed for surface mount applications, it is packaged in a PDSO5, SC-70, 5-pin configuration on tape and reel.
