Surface mount voltage detector with a 3V threshold voltage and 2% accuracy. Features a 1.3µA maximum supply current and operates from 800mV to 10V. This simple reset/power-on reset IC offers active low TOTEM-POLE output and is housed in a TSOP package. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it is halogen and lead-free, and RoHS compliant.
