General purpose voltage detector IC with active low reset, featuring a 2% accuracy and a 2V threshold voltage. Monitors a single voltage with undervoltage and overvoltage thresholds set at 1.96V and 2.04V respectively. Operates from 800mV to 10V supply voltage with a low 500nA operating current. Surface mount TSOP package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C. Packaged in a 3000-piece tape and reel.
