This voltage supervisor IC features a 3-pin SOT-23-3 package for surface mounting. It monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold of 2.93V, adjustable between 2.89V and 2.96V. Operating across a supply voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, this component boasts a very low operating supply current of 800nA. The reset output is active low with a totem-pole configuration and a reset timeout of 140ms. Designed for microprocessor applications, it operates from -40°C to 105°C and is supplied in a 3000-piece tape and reel.
