Dual SPST analog switch, operating from a 2V to 5.5V single supply. Features 2 channels, each with 2 inputs and 2 outputs, offering a 30 Ohm on-state resistance. This halogen-free, lead-free integrated circuit is housed in a compact 2.4mm x 2.1mm x 0.8mm TSSOP package, suitable for operation between -55°C and 125°C. Low power consumption with a maximum supply current of 4uA and a power dissipation of 250mW.
