
Low capacitance unidirectional transient voltage suppressor designed for high-speed data lines. Features a 5pF capacitance, 20V clamping voltage, and 6V minimum breakdown voltage. Operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range with a 5V operating supply voltage. Offers 4 unidirectional channels within a TSOP package, supporting up to 25A surge current and 1A peak pulse current. Supplied on tape and reel with 3000 units per package.
