Surface mount tri-color chip LED emitter with blue, green, and red illumination. Features 6-pin PLCC package with J-lead configuration, measuring 3.5mm x 3.2mm x 2mm. Emits light at peak wavelengths of 453nm (blue), 523nm (green), and 632nm (red), with maximum intensities of 900mcd, 2500mcd, and 1400mcd respectively. Operates with maximum forward currents of 50mA (blue/green) and 70mA (red), and maximum forward voltages of 3.7V (blue/green) and 2.4V (red). Suitable for automotive applications with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C.
