The APV1111GVY is a high-power type photovoltaic MOSFET driver designed for high-speed operation in a miniature SSOP package. It features an internal LED that, when energized, drives a series-connected photodiode array to generate a voltage capable of driving the gate of an external MOSFET. It provides 1500Vrms isolation and is suitable for measuring equipment, industrial machinery, and data center power supplies.
