The EX-F71 is a general-purpose leak detection sensor designed to detect liquids such as water and Fluorinert. It features a compact polypropylene enclosure and an infrared LED emitting element. The sensor operates on a 12 to 24 V DC supply and provides an NPN open-collector transistor output. It includes a red LED FAULT indicator for leak detection or improper mounting and a green LED NORMAL indicator for proper mounting status. The device is IP67 rated and includes short-circuit protection.
