The PM30003V-0405B is a highly integrated motor control microcontroller featuring an ARM Cortex-M0 core operating at up to 48 MHz. It includes an embedded three-phase brushless gate driver, on-chip MOSFETs, 16 KBytes of Flash memory, and 4 KBytes of SRAM. The device integrates a 5V/50mA LDO, power-on/power-down reset circuits, a 12-bit 1 MSPS ADC, and two-channel low-offset operational amplifiers. It is designed for precise motor drive applications with built-in straight-through prevention and 500ns dead time control.
