Features thermal regulation for safe operation, supporting single-cell Lithium-Ion batteries with a 4.2V pack voltage. Operates within a 4.25V to 6.5V supply voltage range and a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Packaged in a SOT-23-5 surface mount case, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
