This device is a general-purpose rectifier in a rugged hermetically sealed glass package built with high-temperature alloyed construction. It is rated for 1000 V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 1.0 A continuous and average forward current, with 10 A repetitive peak forward current and 30 A non-repetitive peak forward current at 60 Hz. The rectifier is glass-passivated and is described as having low leakage current and excellent stability. Operating and storage temperature range from -65 °C to +175 °C, and the package outline is SOD57.
