The ASI4U-E is a next-generation CMOS integrated circuit for AS-i networks, specifically designed for high ambient temperature applications. It functions as an interface for master or slave nodes, providing power supply, physical data transfer, and communication protocol handling. The IC is fully compliant with the AS-Interface Complete Specification v3.0 and features an on-chip electronic inductor with current drive capability of 55mA and a special AS-i safety option for short response times.
