The F2976 is a high linearity high isolation SP2T 50 ohm reflective RF switch designed for a wide range of wireless and other RF applications. This device covers a broad frequency range from 5 MHz to 10000 MHz. In addition to providing low insertion loss, the F2976 also delivers high linearity and high isolation performance while providing a 50 ohm termination to the unused RF input port.
