The HSS82 is a silicon rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 200°C and a maximum power dissipation of 400mW. It has a forward voltage maximum of 1V and a maximum output current of 150mA. The diode is available in a DO-34 package with a glass body and a tin terminal finish. It is not RoHS compliant and is not qualified according to JEDEC-95 standards.
