The PS8103-A is a linear IC output optocoupler with a current transfer ratio of at least 10%. It can handle a maximum forward current of 50mA and a maximum forward voltage of 1.5V. The device is isolated to 2.5kV and has a maximum power dissipation of 80mW. It is designed for surface mount applications and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C.
