Designed for intelligent power module drive applications, this device offers an isolation voltage of 3.75kV and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. Maximum forward current is 25mA, with a maximum on-state current of 15mA, and requires a minimum supply voltage of 4.5V. This UL recognized, RoHS, and REACH SVHC compliant component has nickel terminal finish and is suitable for e4 JESD-609 code applications.
