The E2 emulator is a high-speed on-chip debugging emulator and flash programmer designed for Renesas microcontrollers including the RA, RE, RX, RL78, and RH850 families. It features download speeds up to twice as fast as the E1 emulator, integrated hot plug-in capability without additional adapters, and serves as a current consumption tuning solution when used with QE for Current Consumption. It supports input/output of external triggers and is compatible with the board interface used for E1 emulators.
