Operates from a 2V to 5.5V supply voltage range, with a nominal 5V supply. Suitable for surface mounting with a peak reflow temperature of 260°C for 10 seconds, and rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. RoHS compliant with tin terminal finish.
