The RT4812 is a high-efficiency boost regulator designed to provide a minimum output voltage from a single-cell Li-ion battery, even when the battery voltage is below the system minimum. It features CMCOT topology for small output ripple when VIN is close to VOUT, synchronous rectification, and true load disconnect during shutdown. It is capable of delivering up to 2.1A maximum load current in boost mode with efficiency up to 96%.
