The RT6154A is a high-efficiency single-inductor Buck-Boost Converter which can operate with wide input voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V. It can maintain a stable output voltage while the input voltage is above, below, or equal to the output voltage. The device features fixed frequency operation at 2.4MHz with up to 96% efficiency, power save mode for low load efficiency, and internal compensation.
