The RT6208 is a highly efficient, monolithic synchronous step-down DC/DC converter capable of delivering up to 100mA of output current from an input supply spanning 4.75V to 36V. It operates in Boundary Conduction Mode (BCM), drawing only 25μA of typical supply current at no load. The device features an adjustable high-side peak current limit, internal soft-start, and a 3μA shutdown mode for battery-powered applications. It is designed to maintain high efficiency across varying load conditions without requiring external compensation.
