The RT9072B is a high voltage (80V operation) low quiescent current, low dropout linear regulator. It supplies up to 20mA of output current with a maximum dropout voltage of 230mV. Its low quiescent current of 23μA and shutdown current of 3μA make it suitable for battery-powered systems. The device features an adjustable output ranging from 1.25V to 60V and includes internal protection such as reverse-battery protection, current limiting, thermal shutdown, and reverse current protection.
