LS14250

The Saft LS 14250 is a 3.6V Primary lithium-thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2) battery with high energy density, packaged as a 1/2 AA-size bobbin cell. It offers a high and stable voltage response throughout its lifetime, wide operating temperature range (-60°C to +85°C), and a very low self-discharge rate (less than 1% per year at +20°C). Designed for easy integration into compact systems, it provides superior resistance to atmospheric corrosion. Key features include a stainless steel container and end caps (low magnetic signature), hermetic glass-to-metal sealing, and non-flammable electrolyte. Manufactured in France, UK, and China, it is suitable for main applications such as utility metering, automatic meter reading, alarms and security devices, tollgate systems, memory back-up, computer real-time clocks, tracking systems, automotive electronics, and professional electronics.
