DT024CTFT-TS 2.4" QVGA (240x320) TFT LCD Module w/ Resistive TS, SPI/Parallel, 220 cd/m²
An advanced 2.4-inch TFT-LCD display module with QVGA (240x320) resolution features an integrated resistive touch screen. Connectivity is flexible, supporting Parallel (8/9/16/18-bit), 3/4-line Serial (SPI), and RGB interfaces, controlled by an Ilitek ILI9341 driver IC. The display offers 220 cd/m2 brightness, a 300:1 contrast ratio, and 262,144 (18-bit) colors, with a 6:00 o'clock viewing angle. Operating from a 2.5V to 3.3V logic voltage, it incorporates a 3-LED series backlight consuming 20mA. Designed for robust applications, it functions across an industrial temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and stores from -30°C to +80°C. Its active area measures 36.72 x 48.96 mm, contained within a compact module size of 42.72 x 60.26 x 3.65 mm.
