The LG16-0431D is a compact, digital liquid flow meter designed for OEM integration. It features Sensirion’s CMOSens® technology with a straight glass capillary flow path, ensuring high chemical resistance and biocompatibility. The sensor provides fully calibrated digital flow sensing for water-based liquids up to 80 µl/min and hydrocarbons like IPA up to 500 µl/min with fast response times down to 40 ms.
