The SFM3019 is a digital mass flow meter specifically designed for high-volume medical applications such as ventilation and respiratory devices. It measures the flow rate of air, oxygen, and non-aggressive gases from -10 slm to +240 slm. Based on CMOSens® Technology, it features a thermal sensor element that provides a 16-bit digital signal output at a 2kHz update rate, internally linearized and temperature-compensated.
