The SFM3020 is an analog mass flow meter designed for high-volume applications, particularly medical ventilation. It features a low pressure drop flow channel and measures air and oxygen flow rates from -10 slm to 160 slm with high speed and accuracy. The sensor is based on Sensirion's CMOSens® Technology, which integrates the sensor element and signal processing on a single microchip, providing internal linearization and temperature compensation for an analog voltage output.
