The SFM3200-250 is a digital flow meter designed for medical applications, specifically expiratory flow measurements in ventilation and anesthesia. It measures air, oxygen, and non-aggressive gases with a bidirectional range of -100 slm to +250 slm. The sensor features a low pressure drop, fast signal processing time, and is based on Sensirion's patented CMOSens® technology which integrates the sensor element and signal processing on a single chip.
