The SFM3300-250-D is a digital mass flow meter specifically designed for high-volume medical applications. It measures the flow rate of air, oxygen, and other non-aggressive gases with high accuracy and a very fast update time. It features a bi-directional measurement range up to 250 SLM and connects via a digital I2C interface. The sensor is based on Sensirion's CMOSens technology, which combines a thermal sensor element with signal processing circuitry on a single microchip.
