The SHT40I is a 4th generation digital humidity and temperature sensor specifically designed for challenging industrial applications. It operates over an extended supply voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and features increased ESD protection. The sensor is built on Sensirion’s CMOSens Technology, integrating a capacitive humidity sensor and a bandgap temperature sensor on a single chip. It offers high reliability under rough conditions and includes an integrated power heater for self-diagnosis and creep mitigation.
