The SHT41A-BD1B is a 4th-generation digital sensor platform specifically designed for automotive applications. It offers a relative humidity accuracy of ±2% and a temperature accuracy of ±0.2°C. Based on CMOSens technology, it operates via an I2C interface (address 0x45) and includes an integrated power heater for self-diagnosis and creep mitigation. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified and features wettable flanks for automated optical inspection, making it suitable for demanding environments such as 85°C/85%RH life tests.
