The SI7051-A20-IM is a high-accuracy monolithic CMOS digital temperature sensor featuring a band-gap sensor element, a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter, and an I2C interface. It is factory-calibrated to maintain high accuracy (±0.1°C) across a wide range of operating temperatures and voltages without requiring recalibration. The device is optimized for low power consumption, requiring only 195 nA of average current when sampled once per second, making it ideal for battery-powered and portable applications. It is housed in a compact 3x3 mm DFN package and is human body calibrated for medical and consumer health applications.
