The SM750 is a high-performance PCI Express 2D multimedia mobile display controller designed for the embedded industry. It features a 300MHz LynxExpress core with integrated 16MB DDR video memory and a 128-bit 2D graphics engine. The device supports dual independent displays with resolutions up to 1920x1200 and offers 7 layers of display frames. It includes a variety of I/O interfaces such as analog RGB, digital LCD Panel interfaces, two Zoom Video ports, and peripheral interfaces including GPIO, I2C, and SSP. Designed for low power operation, it typically consumes less than 1.5W and is packaged in a 265-pin BGA.
