It is specified for 10 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and up to 100 ppm stability over -40°C to +85°C with a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply. The device operates with typ 0.90 µA core current at 1.8 V and can drive XTAL inputs directly without external load capacitors. Its 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package uses a programmable NanoDrive output swing to reduce power consumption.
