
This 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator is designed as a quartz XTAL replacement for battery-powered and space-constrained applications. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and is footprint-compatible with 2012 quartz crystals when used with the SiTime solder-pad layout. Typical core current is 0.90 µA at 25°C and 1.8 V with no load, and NanoDrive programmable output swing helps reduce power further. The device supports operation from -40°C to +85°C, provides up to ±20 ppm room-temperature tolerance, and achieves up to ±100 ppm stability over the full industrial temperature range at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. It is supplied in a 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD package and is Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant.
