
This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator optimized for battery-powered timekeeping applications. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.99 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. Frequency stability options are available to ±5 ppm, ±10 ppm, or ±20 ppm over temperature, and the device supports commercial and industrial temperature ranges up to -40°C to +85°C. The oscillator is housed in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and integrates internal supply filtering so an external Vdd bypass capacitor is not required. Start-up time is 180 ms typical and 300 ms maximum through +60°C, with LVCMOS or programmable reduced-swing output configurations.
