
This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator optimized for battery-powered timekeeping applications. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.99 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V. The oscillator is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and provides a valid output within 300 ms maximum at power-up over its rated conditions. Internal power-supply filtering eliminates the need for an external Vdd bypass capacitor, and the output supports LVCMOS and programmable reduced-swing configurations.
