The device is offered in a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm chip-scale package with 0.6 mm maximum height and requires no external bypass capacitors under normal operating conditions. Supported operating temperature grades are -20 °C to 70 °C and -40 °C to 85 °C, and the family is specified as Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant.
