The SI8422AB-D-IS is a low-power, dual-channel digital isolator based on proprietary RF isolation technology. It provides 2.5 kVrms isolation voltage and supports data rates up to 1 Mbps. The device features one forward and one reverse channel in a compact SOIC-8 package. It is designed to replace optocouplers in applications such as I2C and SMBus serial ports, offering higher reliability, shorter propagation delays, and more stable operation across temperature ranges.
