The Si8642BT-IS is a high-performance, quad-channel digital isolator featuring 5 kVrms isolation voltage and 10 kV surge immunity. It utilizes Skyworks' proprietary silicon isolation technology to provide low propagation delay and high noise immunity. The device contains two forward and two reverse channels, supporting data rates up to 150 Mbps. It is qualified to AEC-Q100 for automotive applications and is designed to replace optocouplers in industrial and automotive environments.
